Raffiora Application Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Raffiora web/mobile services, APIs, notifications, and related operational modules. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Duties

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred without authorization.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Use

  • You may use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes.
  • Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, abuse automation, scraping without permission, impersonation, and attempts to manipulate platform outcomes.
  • You may not interfere with security controls, integrity checks, or service availability.

3. Raffles, Internal Points, and Transactions

  • Each raffle is governed by its published rules, dates, status, and eligibility conditions.
  • RP (Raffiora Points) and other internal balances are platform instruments and are not bank deposits or legal tender.
  • Transactions may be delayed, reviewed, restricted, or reversed where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Certain features use third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase/FCM, and YouTube API Services. Use of those features is also subject to applicable third-party terms and policies.

5. Administrative Automation

Some operational workflows are available only to authorized admin roles. These workflows may include automated draw operations, video handling, and controlled integrations.

6. Suspension or Termination

Raffiora may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, security concerns, abuse, legal requirements, or other legitimate operational reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

Raffiora software, branding, content, and service components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raffiora disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Raffiora harmless from claims, liabilities, and costs resulting from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons. The latest version will remain published at this URL.
