Raffiora Application Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Raffiora mobile and web experiences, APIs, notification channels, and related operational modules. It explains what information we process, why we process it, how long we keep it, and what rights you may have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, username, profile settings, and account metadata.
  • Security and usage data: IP address, user-agent, access events, route-level audit logs, and error traces.
  • Operational data: raffle activity, ticket records, top-ups, receipts, support interactions, and admin actions.
  • Notification data: device push token(s) used for service and security alerts.
  • Google/YouTube integration data (admin only): channel checks, video or stream IDs/URLs, schedule metadata, and execution logs required for authorized automation.

2. Why We Process Information

  • Provide and maintain the platform, authenticate sessions, and manage user accounts.
  • Operate raffle workflows, internal balance operations, support, and audit trails.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents, and enforce platform integrity.
  • Send service-critical communications and security notifications.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and lawful authority requirements.

3. Google API and YouTube Data Use

Some admin-only workflows use Google APIs and YouTube API Services. These functions are not available to regular users. Google API data is used only for the requested feature functionality and related security operations.

  • We do not sell Google API data.
  • We do not use Google API data for unrelated advertising purposes.
  • Our handling of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We share limited information only when necessary to operate the service, protect rights and security, or comply with applicable law.

  • Service providers (hosting, transactional email, notification infrastructure, and security tooling).
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when disclosure is required by law.
  • Fraud and incident response processes when necessary to protect users and platform integrity.

5. Retention and Security

  • We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, support, and legal compliance.
  • We apply role-based access controls, auditability, transport encryption, and technical safeguards.
  • When appropriate, data is securely deleted or de-identified.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal data, and may have additional privacy rights. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising valid privacy rights.

7. Google Account Controls

If you connected Google services, you can revoke Raffiora access at any time in Google Account Permissions.

8. Children

Raffiora is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected data from a child without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete that information as required by law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy for legal, technical, or operational reasons. The current version will remain available at this URL.
